Privacy notice
Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, and for nothing else. No lists, no follow-up sequences, no selling anything on.
Who we are
WORKTREE AMIGOS LTD (company no. 17430189), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for the details described here. Reach us at hello@worktreeamigos.com.
What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the company name if you give one, which kind of work you are asking about, and your message. We use it solely to read and reply to your enquiry.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — you have contacted us about possible work and replying is the obvious expected outcome. If a conversation turns into a project, any further details are covered by the contract we agree at that point.
Who else is involved
- Resend delivers the enquiry to our inboxes, so your message passes through their systems as an email in transit.
- Cloudflare Turnstile runs the bot check on the form. It sees technical signals from your browser to decide whether you are a person. It does not read what you typed.
- Vercel hosts the site and processes the request that carries your submission.
We do not use advertising trackers, and the site sets no marketing cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is a wa-theme cookie remembering whether you chose light or dark. It holds no identifier and never leaves your browser except to tell our own server which theme to render.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for up to 24 months so we have the history of a conversation, then get deleted. If a project goes ahead, project records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email hello@worktreeamigos.com and one of the three of us will deal with it — there is nobody else to go through.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
